Hyacinthe Linden I think dragons are like turtles, in that they mature faster than humans, but live longer, so there isn't really a simple way to convert ages.

Violette Huntress As far as the contradictory Blue/Snowfall maturity, I'd venture to say that Snowfall's royal status results in a higher maturity level. Also, Deathbringer's age would be pretty difficult to calculate in & of itself due to the Main series/Winglets age mistake that Tui mentioned

Ivy Thornbranch Hmmm... Maybe Queen Scarlet is 80/140 years old? Because her dragonet(s) have reached a mature age. Maybe dragons age differently and don't loose mobility/youthfull-ness as they get older? Or queens live longer because their ancestors grew up with enough food? Great article! Very thought provoking.
