Starflight is a Nightwing known for his intelligence. He is a bookworm and enjoys sharing fun fact. Like all Nightwings, he is dark in color and has the ability to breathe fire.

Starflight was born under a mountain in the Claws of the Clouds Mountain Range as the NightWing needed for the Dragonet Prophecy. He escapes the mountain and then goes on to escape both the SkyWing arena and SeaWing palace with his friends.

Before the RainWings go to attack the NightWings, he confesses his love for Sunny, who says she just sees him as a brother. When he is done freeing the RainWings in captivity and is escaping the erupting volcano, he gets blinded by the lava, leading him to lose sight in both eyes. When he recovers and the prophecy is fulfilled, he goes on to help start Jade Mountain Academy and then becomes the librarian.
