Dragonbite vipers are very dangerous animals that live in the sand kingdom and the poison jungle. If a dragon gets bitten by one, it is very unlikely that they would survive. In The Brightest Night, Clay gets bitten by a dragonbite viper. Peril burns out the venom, just in time, but Clay was scarred for life and had a permanent limp.
