Green rocks
Hey hello! My name is Silas Wolf, and this is my new blog called "Rocks and jewels" where I will be talking about well... rocks and jewels. Each blog will be about 1 type of rock or jewel and at the end I'll leave a small clue for you to try and guess what my next blog will be about! Winner gets a prize from me!
Okay so to begin this, I will talk about what a green rock is.. or how persay it's made. Any green rock you find always contains iron or chromium, sometimes, not very often they contain manganese. These minarals make the rock green cause of science and things. (Im going into the arts not science do not judge me)
Something very cool about green rocks is that there found in molten lava or magma deep within the Earth's crust! WHAT! So cool. You would expect to find them on a walk or at the beach but actually pretty hard to come by. Not only are they green but also pretty while at it!
