Starflight - A Dragonet of Destiny
Greetings, Dragons of Pyrrhia & Pantala.
Today we will be learning about Starflight!

Who was Starflight?
Starflight is one of the original Dragonets of Destiny, featured in the first books of the series. While being shy towards others, he had a great curious personality, and loved to stick his snout into interesting things. His favorite were books.
While reading books, Starflight easily found a solution to ending the Sandwing War, which had been raging on for many years. The war was over three sisters fighting for the throne, and was the main conflict in the first books. After their mother died, they couldn't figure out which daughter would rule the kingdom, leading to a civil war that turned even larger when other kingdoms started to form different alliances with each sister.
Unluckily, during the aftermath of the war, Starflight was left blind due to an explosion from a volcano. At first he was sad, but he didn't want to give up, realizing there were many things he could still do. But what does a blind dragon do after losing his vision?
Starflight after the war
After the War, Starlight and the other Dragonets of Destiny formed together and established the Academy, a lovely school for all tribes of dragons. A school you are currently in!
But what did this curious dragon do in the aftermath? Starflight took residency in the library as the head librarian, keeping watch over all of the books and scrolls. He still uses his gift to educate students and teach them new things. But what sorts of things? This great dragon of knowledge knows just about everything, from answers to your homework to fun skills that can come in handy for any dragon. Even random skills, like how to juggle! (That one came in pretty handy for entertaining a few students, haha)
Along with having a love for books, Starflight also had a love for the bright dragon of the bunch, Sunny. Sunny was a Sandwing and a member of the Dragonets of Destiny. And while Starflight was shy, he loved her outgoing personality and bubbly nature, and the fact she loved to be around him. He also loved the pranks she liked to pull on people, let's hope some of them still aren't laying around the Academy for students to get their hands on! (That would be a huge mess to clean, Sunny was quite mischievous in her acts. I mean, did you see the silly string disaster?)
