Today we continue with the second part of the Dragon NAMES.
As you know, there are very well known and others not so much, but without a doubt, all of them are impressive both the names and the dragons xD
Today we are going to remember the names of the Dragons of Middle-earth: from the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Glaurung: An ancient creature created by Morgoth for war. Although he was called 'The First Worm' because he did not have wings, he is considered the first dragon given how terrible he was, which is why he is also known as -The father of dragons-.
Scatha: Dragon that lived in the Gray Mountains and used to make incursions against the dwarves.
Ancalagon the Black: One of the first winged dragons created by Morgoth after Glaurung with the intention of serving this as a support, of black scales and perhaps one of the largest and most powerful that ever existed.
Smaug the Golden or the Magnificent: The greatest dragon of the third age, he invaded the dwarf kingdom of Erebor until his death in the Battle of the three armies. He is known as -The Golden- because of the reddish-yellow color of his scales.
