Welcome to Lesson Spotlight. Once a week I will have the honor of going over one lesson, written by one of our very talented Preceptors, which really stood out to me. I’ve gone in knowing this is going to be a hard task as every week our Preceptors come up with something even more new and amazing. This week was especially hard since I had the wonderful task of going through introductory lessons. These are personally my favorite lessons to read, followed up by the fun assignments!

It took a lot of thinking and grumbling over the fact I could only pick one lesson. But the lesson that will be in the spotlight is… *insert intense drumroll here*.

Year 1, Week 1 Herbs and Healing | Fruits of Pyrrhia. This lesson was written by Flora Thorn, a somewhat new face to our Preceptor team. She has worked very hard at making new lessons for Herbs and Healing.

In this lesson, Flora did an amazing job at telling you guys what you’ll be learning for the year and started off quickly with the assignment by having you identify five different fruits. hopefully, you guys did better than me… I really need to brush up on my fruit knowledge.

So far, this lesson has had 18 assignments submitted in it so far! Very impressive. If you haven’t submitted your own assignment I suggest doing so.

Do remember, if you submit homework to ANY class, you can send it to the Preceptor or your Winglet Homework team to get a prize.

That’s all for this week, I’ll see you guys next time with another exciting lesson. Make sure you go give all the classes and Preceptors some love.
