Hello, Academians!
It’s Roman here, bringing to you another little bundle of knowledge on Pyrrhia and Pantala’s history. Today, we’ll be learning about Prince Albatross of the SeaWings.
Not much was known about an animus’ powers and its consequences when Albatross, one of the first known dragons with animus powers lived. Upon discovery of his powers, he crafted many great things for his tribe, including the beautiful pavilion in the Summer Palace. Alas, the SeaWings’ luck ran out soon as the tremendous amounts of magic took its toll on his mind and he slowly wend insane. Albatross had been one of the greatest SeaWings at the time, and it came as a shock when he turned against his tribe one grievous day.
Queen Lagoon was holding a banquet with the SkyWing princesses Sunset and Eagle to negotiate over territory, and Albatross, being a prince, attended as well. He had been acting unusual from the beginning and it wasn’t long before he attacked his sister, Queen Lagoon and killing her with an enchanted knife. Seven other SeaWings, his daughter included, unfortunately didn’t survive the attack, as well as the SkyWing princess Sunset. Many dragons were injured as well, before Albatross’ animus grandson Fathom could interfere, stopping the killing spree by enchanting spears to attack him.
The unfortunate event was kept a secret by the tribe’s new Queen, 5 year old Pearl, the only surviving heir, by paying the SkyWings with gems and seafood for years. It is unknown when the tale became known among other tribes.

What is quick and smart, it has a big heart, it would only kill, if it has the will, all dragons know its name, while some are scared or some are brave. Dragons could kill it with a flick of their claws, because they are very small. What am I?
